Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, absolutely. We make every effort to ensure that the product images on our website are as accurate as possible. Most of our photos are of the actual stock we carry.

However, please keep the following minor exceptions in mind:

  • Color Accuracy: Due to variations in monitor settings, screen brightness, and digital photography, the actual color of the product might vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

  • Packaging Updates: Manufacturers occasionally update their packaging or branding. While the product inside remains the same (and matches the specifications listed), the outer box might look slightly different from the image.

  • Technical Specifications: We always recommend checking the Product Description and Specifications list, as these provide the most accurate details regarding the model, features, and contents of your order.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

1. In Your Account Dashboard

Once you are logged in, you can view your entire order history and download receipts by following these steps:

  • Go to the My Account section.

  • Click on the Orders tab.

  • Find the specific order you need and click View or Download Invoice.

2. Your Email Inbox

As soon as your order is confirmed, an automated Order Confirmation email is sent to the address you provided during checkout. This email serves as your initial sales receipt and contains:

  • The unique Order ID.

  • A detailed list of items purchased.

  • The total amount paid, including taxes and shipping.

Note: If you cannot find the email, please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If you checked out as a guest and cannot access the "My Account" area, please Contact Us with your Order ID, and we will resend your receipt manually.

How can I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Check Eligibility: Ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging. You can find full details in our Refund and Returns Policy.

  • Initiate the Request: Log in to your My Account area, go to your orders, and select the return option for the specific item, or simply reach out via our Contact Us page.

  • Ship it Back: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

In most cases, yes! We regularly update our inventory for popular tech products and printing supplies.

  • Restock Alerts: If a product you want is out of stock, feel free to send us a quick message through the contact form, and we can give you an estimated arrival date.

  • Discontinued Items: Occasionally, manufacturers discontinue specific models. If an item won't be coming back, we will do our best to suggest the latest upgraded version as a replacement.
